Roof cleaning in Ormond Beach Florida

We received a call from a homeowner in Plantation Bay, Ormond Beach, Florida. She recently received a letter from her Home Owners Association (HOA) letting her know it was that time to clean her roof.

When we receive a request for an estimate we will always do our best to do an onsite estimate as every property is unique and requires different types of property protection and possible equipment pending on the style of your roof.

We did an onsite estimate for this Ormond Beach home, which is a two-story tile concrete roof with several overhangs. The way we give estimates is primarily based on the TOTAL square footage of your home plus possible additional equipment and property protection.

Once the estimate is complete we will either email or text it, where you can view it, make comments, deny it, or accept it. This client accepted the estimate and we went on to scheduling the job.

One or two days prior to the scheduled work day a reminder text or email will be sent, and in this clients case, a reminder to remove as many potted plants from the work area as well as clearing the driveway of vehicles.

On the scheduled day we will text or email you that we are "x" minutes away. Once we arrive, we'll be getting straight to work on the project at hand, and as you'll see in the video below, the project came out beautifully.
